A highly credible source from the NOAA has leaked information explaining that the computer model output used for forecasting weather is now 100% accurate up to a period of 18 Months with only a 1% margin of error up to 10 Years but this information is kept secret from the public.
"The public perception is that the models execute several runs using different data sets and become inaccurate after only a few Days. The reality is that I could tell you what the weather will be like in your back-garden this time next Year."
He went on;
"The reason for the inconsistent nature of the model output we serve up for public consumption is that secret psychological test carried out at the end of the 90's showed conclusively that people became very depressed when they knew with absolutely certainty that there would be no significant snow in a UK Winter for the next 50 Years, for example."
