Wordt een heftig lijntje zometeen, even geplakt van de Eurochase lijst:
Depression now clearing from UK appears to have a double cold front.
The second cold front, is defined by a narrrow band (<25Km width) of
locally intense rainfall radar echoes suggesting cold front has embedded
Cbs along it. This i supported by latest IR and Vis satellite imagery for
UK.
Suggest this cold front needs to be watched as it moves across N Sea and
arrives across Netherlands later this afternoon - early evening. Given
strong shear and high SRH convection may have the potential to produce a
few tornadoes there. Currently now sferics from this convection but would
not be surprised if there is the odd flash of lightning produced.
Just had 30 minutes of torrential rain and squally straightline winds at my
home 15Km N or Reading, S England
