Joyce: 'Most extreme weather I've ever seen' in person

High winds blasted coastal areas in New England overnight Thursday into Friday.

NECN meteorologist Joe Joyce traveled the coast on Thursday night, experiencing high winds on Plum Island, Seacoast, N.H. and coastal Maine.

"We're stuck in the office when it is so extreme, so what an eye-opener," Joyce said on NECN Morning. "It was the most extreme weather I've ever seen out in the public eye, and at times it really felt like a hurricane."
