Nou, die tropische stormen brengen wel enorme (echt enorme) hoeveelheden water en als dan de hoofdrioleringen in zo'n grootstedelijk gebied breuken vertonen... Ook de samenstelling van de bodem zal een rol spelen, kan die 'vloeibaar' worden door al het water. Maar idd dan nog: waar moet al dat volume heen?
