Storm Chaser Aaron Estman captured dramatic footage of the extreme flooding that impacted the greater Dallas, TX area on Sept. 8, 2010. Tropical Storm Hermine was responsible for over 6 inches of rain that fell in a relatively short time, causing extensive travel issues as some area roads were submerged under several feet of rushing flood waters!
