Leiden (Netherlands) fears Big Freeze
The Dutch municipality of Leiden has expressed concerns about a massive cold blast wich could rock the city within a week. "we are very concerned that the cold wave could result in massive infrastructural disruptions and civil unrest" said the mayor of Leiden. There are rumours that the Dutch government will deploy military forces in order to prevent riots and maintain safety in the city. The threat of the blistering cold has also re-ignited scepticism about global warming. "Global warming is a lie! The temperature has dropped 10 to 15 degrees celsius since july. A new Ice Age is inevitable!" said a fleeing citizen.
