Port Charlotte has been totally destroyed. Many of you will be thinking, big deal the houses are flimsy and wooden but even so. Whenever lives are lost, this is truly a scene of catastrophe.
Terrible scenes, and serves remind us how cruel mother nature can be. With a sharp turn in Charley`s track, Tampa was spared and places not expecting much were obliterated.
