Raoul Lieverst Excuse me but this is really a tornado, even a multiple vortex tornado. Very rare in the Netherlands.. Not as huge as the USA offcouse, but it's REALLY a tornado.. Looking at the radar shown its definately NOT a dust devil... multiple meteorologists here (also tornadohunter in usa) say also is't a EF0 tornado
Tristan Kennedy dust devils form from solar heating on warm cloudless days, this (almost certainly) is a condensation funnel-less tornado, albeit a rather weak one - and there does appear to be some kind of convective stormy looking thing to the right...

Looks like we get more tornados every year although this can very well be caused by the fact almost everyone has a phone with a camera nowadays.. The Netherlands is the second country (right behind the UK) in Europe with the most tornadoes each year. Uk has 50, The Netherlands about 35 each year. We like to call them "windhoos" (EF0 to EF1). I was once overrun by a waterspout when I was 11 year old.. I had to fetch my rubberboat in a corn field about half a mile further. Always had a fascination for severe weather.. When I was younger and a thunderstorm approached, my mom put a chair in front of the window because I thought my grandpa played the drums in heaven.. I only had the luck to photograph and see a small funnel but some day I hope I will be able to see the real thing in the plains.. http://i41.tinypic.com/2qkm73m.jpg
