Eerst maar even afwachten of het in de modellen blijft zitten. Gezien de termijn is het goed mogelijk dat het in een volgende run weer totaal verdwenen is.
Een zonnig en stabiel Pinksterweekend zou wel erg fijn zijn.
UK Outlook for Wednesday 16 May 2012 to Friday 25 May 2012:
This period will see a mixture of clear or sunny spells and showers for most, these showers wintry over high ground in the north. The heaviest showers are likely during the afternoons, possibly accompanied by thunder. There is a risk of showers merging into more prolonged spells of rain at times, initially most likely towards the south and west of the UK, but more generally by the weekend. It will be generally rather cold, initially accentuated in the northeast by brisk winds. Overnight ground frosts remain possible in clearer spells, especially in northern parts. Later in May, it should remain unsettled with further showers and longer spells of rain. Some drier and brighter interludes remain possible, especially towards the south and east later, with temperatures gradually recovering to nearer average.
UK Outlook for Saturday 26 May 2012 to Saturday 9 Jun 2012:
Conditions look to remain rather unsettled and changeable towards the end of May and into early June, with no one weather type strongly favoured. Temperatures look to be near average generally, but perhaps a little below average in south and southeastern areas which may also see slightly wetter-than-average conditions, at least early in the period. Otherwise much of the UK should see near-average rainfall amounts, perhaps even a little below normal towards the far north.
