Mijn inziens klopt het dus dat als die strepen de aarde bereiken men niet meer van virga spreekt, maar wel van praecipitatio.
Maar ik geef toe tis redelijk verwarrend, en we zijn snel geneigd om Virga tegen alle strepen te zeggen
