Beautiful "low-precipitation" supercell was observed over Eastern Spain two days ago. Storm formed in the conditions with rather dry air, marginal instability but very strong wind shear. You can see how the updraft tower was leaning due to the strong upper tropospheric winds. Severe storms are possible over Spain also today!
