Summer in September (WTMJ-MKE) edited for metric conversion

It will feel more like summer on this last Saturday in September with mostly sunny skies and high temperatures near 80 (27ºC) degrees in southeastern Wisconsin. The clouds and wind will be increasing throughout the afternoon as a cold front approaches from the west. That front will bring rain chances west to east mainly after 7pm, though the majority of rain and thunderstorm activity will take place overnight. Many locations will pick up a quarter of an inch (=6mm)of rain but some spots could see up to a half inch.(=13mm)

Skies will clear on Sunday morning and though temperatures will be more than ten degrees cooler, it will still be a pleasant September day. The mercury climbs into the upper 60s (20ºC), which is actually typical for this time of year and with lighter winds and mostly sunny skies the day will be nice.

70s (21ºC-26ºC) are back by the start to the work week, Tuesday looks unseasonably warm as some spots may again touch 80 (27ºC) degrees. The sunshine will keep us company through Wednesday before our next weather-maker moves in late Thursday night bringing rain chances through Saturday.
