An approaching storm system will help spread more moisture into the area for Wednesday. While the day will start dry, there will be an abundance of cloudiness again. As low pressure lifts to our North look for showers to envelop Southeast Wisconsin toward evening. The precipitation could turn heavy with plenty of downpours especially during the evening and nighttime hours. As a cold front sweeps by on Thursday there could be a few cracks of thunder along with the continued shower activity. The rain will begin to diminish leading to a mainly dry but still rather grey Friday. Temperatures will also fall back below average to the low 50s with more sunshine heading into the weekend, especially Sunday.
