The strongest cold front of the fall season will arrive Friday morning with cold and windy conditions and even chances of light rain and snow. Northerly wind gusts of 40 to 50 mph are forecast. Wind chill temperatures will be in the 20s for most of the day. This will likely be the coldest Halloween since 1996.
