"Hi chasers!
During the strawberry-harvest on my vacation, here in Transylvania I
observed the development of a landspout! It occured at 17:30 local
time and was seen by me from a small village near Tirgu Mures in
northerly direction. I estimated the distance at approx 10 km. Hills
partly obscured the complete view, but it was nearly complete.
Photo was by a small digital camera, for better slides I have to wait
some time.

PS Yesterday's storms over here were also quite good: there was
thunder for more than 3 hours (unfortunately at daytime), and the
dust was blown off from the streets, smashing into my face."
