Two short but strong thunderstorms rushed on Russian capital in early hours of Monday. There are some reports about few broken trees in different parts of Moscow. We'd expected thunderstorms yesterday, but rapid advection of hot and dry air from SE made all Cb clusters dissipating in the mid hours of Sunday. Warm front was weak, so we'd witnessed only Ac increasing and after few hours the sky was absolutely clear. Temperature reached 27-30 deg. C. But everything was changed near the midnight when CF approached to Moscow region and gave us so beautiful and powerful thunderstorms. Here some photos from Moscow:
