Hmmm... ik begrijp Realclimate (RC) wel. 't Probleem is dat Svensmark enzo al ongeveer een tiental jaar bezig zijn met misleidende persberichten uit te brengen en van daar dan uit het versterkte broeikaseffect in twijfel trekken zonder ooit met echte bewijzen te komen. En ja, 'k vermoed dat 't op de zenuwen beginnen te werken is van Gavin.

Een co-auteur van het gewraakte artikel schrijft:
"Finally an opinion of my own: Press release or not, I am in no way out to attribute what has gone on in the last century solely to cosmic rays or anything else and I am certainly not out to belittle the effect of CO2 and other greenhouse gases. To me this is simply an interesting piece of science that looks like it could be another piece of the climate puzzle. If the size of this piece is big enough to make an impact on past, present or future climate is the subject of future research."
Daarin zit toch wel de nodige bescheidenheid.
Maar goed, ik ken de verdere voorgeschiedenis ook niet. Als je er 'fris' in komt zoals ik lijkt het allemaal mee te vallen.
