Isolated multicells and likely supercells near a line from Bremen to the Ore Mountains will likely continue to develop and gradually cluster to form an MCS moving westnorthwestward into Lower Saxony and the northeastern Netherlands. The storms appear to profit from a narrow band of high low-level theta-e and very steep mid-level lapse rates. Very large hail as well as wind damage has been reported with some storms and these threats will likely persist - and the wind damage possibly increase somewhat - during the evening, before diminishing overnight.
