Ja met photoshop werk ik zelf ook wel veel, maar ik denk dat de foto ook geschikt moet zijn omdat ze een hele scherpe focus punt heeft (het blad) en alles op de achtergrond is mooi wazig/ (depth of field)
Denk alleen dat hij/zij die schaduw er zelf heeft in getekend.

about 1 hour......duplicate the layer, tube the leaf, darken and blur the under layer, new layer, make a white frame, add shadow to it, add shadow to the leaf (this is the tricky part), arrange all and fuse.....
