UPDATED WEATHER: Severe weather on the way

The National Weather Service's sever thunderstorm watch is coming to fruition.
The watch, issued at 10:45 a.m., continues through 4 p.m. for most of southeast Michigan, and meteorologist at the service's White Lake Township office said a squall line is bearing down on Michigan.
A squall is a brief, violent storm with wind and rain. The storm appears to be hovering in the Lansing and Flint area, according to the weather radar.
Today's temperature, currently 81 degrees at the St. Clair County airport, has exceeded the predicted high of 74 degrees.
