van gisteravond laat voor vandaag....
A low located over the wrn part of France pushes warm and moist air in the direction of the Netherlands. A thermal trough is present over the srn/mid part of the Netherlands, but will die out during the morning, a new conv line will sweap in from the south(east) during the afternoon, while a CF is closing in from the west, providing dryer and cooler air at mid levels. With Cape up to 1000j/kg over the middle of the Netherlands and a LI of -3, strong thunderstorms will develope as diurnal heating kicks in. And organised storms are likely, possible in a linear shape. A small zone with quite strong deep layer shear just south of the target area is likely to be present, however it is a bit tricky to say at this time. But if the deep layer shear does exists and it would interact with the strong CAPE/LI area one or two supercells are a possibility. Combined with relativly low LCL's and weak low level shear a funnel or small tornado can not be ruled out. But some large hail and severe windgusts appears to be the main threat for the day.
