Extreme videographer James Reynolds intercepted typhoon Muifa on the Japanese island of Okinawa, August 4th and 5th 2011. The storm hit the island as strong cat 1 after peaking earlier as an intense category 5! James experienced tropical storm force winds for over 48 hours; the storm was responsible for record rainfall on Okinawa, at over 40 inches!
