Pyongyang, March 23 (KCNA) -- Minju Joson today observes the World Day of Meteorology. The paper in a signed article recalls that on the occasion of this day the World Meteorological Organization set "Weather, Climate and Water in IT Era" as the theme for this year and has conducted diverse activities.
