Ziet er gewoon uit als een onweersbuitje. Lijkt me opzich niet vreemd dat in windstil weer buien uit elkaar trekken, al zou ik eerder verwachten dat ze samensmelten. Een antwoord op je vraag heb ik dus niet:)
